The Kassandra town hall, in collaboration with the Directorate of Reforestation of Central Macedonia, took the initiative and organized a tree planting activity with guests, both us and other agencies such as the Kassandra rural prison store, the fire brigade, the Greek rescue team of Halkidiki and SANI SA.
150 volunteers participated in this beautiful effort, of which 100 students were overflowing with appetite and energy. All united and eager to achieve our goal, the reforestation of the Mesonissi forest damaged by the 2019 tornado, we planted 500 young saplings which were watered thanks to the valuable help of the fire department.
